Day 01. Transfer to Lanthit Jetty by board Delta Queen ship for trip to Pathein. O/N on cruise. (by Delta Queen)
Day 02. Pathein – Ngwe Saung beach. O/N Ngwe Saung beach. (by Delta Queen)
Day 03. Free for leisure at Ngwe Saung Beach. O/N Ngwe Saung beach.
Day 04. Ngwe Saung to Pathein by Delta Queen. O/N on board. (by Delta Queen)
Day 05. The cruise arrives in Yangon this morning. The trip ends after transfer to your hotel.

Detail Itinerary

Day – 01: Yangon – Pathein (Delta Queen) [Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday]
In the late afternoon (at 15:00), you will be transferred to the Lanthit jetty to board the "Delta Queen" (ship) for an exciting trip to Pathein. You will enjoy the laid-back atmosphere onboard, as you observe the rural life of the villages passing by. Spend the night on the Delta Queen.

Day – 02: Pathein- Ngwe Saung Beach (Wednesday)

The river cruise will continue along the Pathein River, giving you a spectacular view of the sunrise over the tranquil countryside. After breakfast, you will arrive and disembark at Pathein, which is your destination. You will be driven for two-hours to Ngwe Saung, which is situated, on the west coast of Myanmar. The remainder of day is free for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful pristine beach. Spend the night at your hotel in Ngwe Saung Beach.

Day – 03: Ngwe Saung Beach. (Thursday)
The endless white sand beaches, the turquoise water and the charming fishing villages make Ngwe Saung an ideal place for anyone seeking an enjoyable escape. On these free days, you can soak up as much sun and sea as you want by spending your time in the turquoise water swimming or sunbathing on the beach. If you like, you can also visit some of the nearly villages and local markets, explore the countryside by bike or take a boat trip to the magnificent offshore islands. These optional trips are not included; however, they can easily be arranged by the hotel receptionist who will be on hand to advise you and give you information about possible excursions. Spend the night in your hotel in Ngwe Saung Beach.

Day – 04: Ngwe Saung. Pathein (Delta Queen) [Friday, Sunday, Wednesday]

The first half of the day will be spent relaxing on a beach until the afternoon when you will be transferred back to Pathein onboard the Delta Queen again. The river journey begins when you depart Pathein and navigate back to the Ayeyarwaddy Delta, the largest rice bowl in Myanmar. Part of the pleasure of traveling in this region is the seeing the rice fields and the friendly local people. You will have dinner and spend the night onboard.

 

Day – 05: Yangon. (Saturday)
The cruise end when you arrive in Yangon in the morning. You will be transferred to your hotel and or to the airport if you need to catch your flight to depart from Yangon.
